Spring Showcase Reminders!
Our Spring Showcase (Saturday, June 14th at 3:00 PM at the ICHC) is almost here. Here are some reminders!
Extra Rehearsals:
Saturday, June 7 at the studio w/ Miss Molly
11:30–12:00 PM – Preschool Irish Dance
12:00–12:30 PM – Tiny Dancers
12:30–1:00 PM – Beginner Irish Dance
Advanced Beginner dancers will use their regular 1:00 class time to prep
Sunday, June 8 at the studio w/ Miss Celeste
3:00–4:00 PM – Creative Choreography & Junior Company
4:00–5:00 PM – Junior Company & MIDC
Wednesday, June 11 – Dress Rehearsal at ICHC
5:30–6:00 PM – Tiny Dancers, Preschool Irish Dance, Beginner Irish Dance
6:00–7:30 PM – Advanced Beginner, Novice/Intermediate, Pre-Champ, Champ
6:30–8:00 PM – MIDC
Showcase Timeline:
Please note: There will be no Advanced Beginner class that day.
Timeline:
12:00 PM – Set-up crew arrives
1:30 PM – Advanced Beginner, Novice/Intermediate, Pre-Champ, Champ, and MIDC dancers arrive
1:45 PM – Run-throughs begin
2:15 PM – Run-throughs wrap up
2:15 PM – Tiny Dancers, Preschool Irish Dance, and Beginner Irish Dancers arrive
2:15–2:55 PM – Final touches (makeup, wigs, etc.)
2:30 PM – Doors open
3:00 PM – Showtime!
After the show – Reception until 5:00 PM
5:00–6:00 PM – Clean-up crew
