Jump into Irish Dance! ☘️ Previously called Pre-School Irish Dance - this fun-filled summer session includes weekly lessons plus a performance on stage at MKE Irish Fest! Who is this class for? Dancers ages 4-5 who have preciously taken a Preschool Irish Dance session in the 2024-25 season, as well as continuing Tiny Dancers with teacher approval. What to Expect: Dancers will build gross and fine motor skills, advance their skipping and lateral movement, and learn the basic jig in a fun and supportive environment. Our early childhood dance classes are taught by Miss Molly, who holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and has extensive experience teaching Pre-School, 4K, and 5K. What to Bring: -Comfortable clothes for movement -Black ballet slippers, Irish dance shoes, OR clean tennis shoes -A water bottle Performance Details: For dancers performing in Irish Fest, our class costume (approx. $75 for all pieces) is required. If you do not already own one, it will need to be purchased separately. There will be an Irish Fest dress rehearsal on Wednesday, August 13th. Get ready to leap into Irish dance—sign up today! ☘️
