Post Parade Party

This performance is open to dancers in the studio of ALL ages.

Arrival Time: 3:15pm

Performance: 3:45 - 4:15pm

please arrive at the ICHC dressed and ready to dance at 3:15pm

Please note:

Dancers will be able to use a room in the church next door to the ICHC to change, warm up and store dance bags. Please note:

• No one but dancers, teachers and a few parent volunteers will be allowed into the church.  Parents must drop dancers off at the door and then return to pick them up at the end of the performance.  They will NOT be allowed in to come up & help them gather all of their stuff so make sure that dancers are aware and are able to do that themselves or with the help of someone who is with them.
• No one is allowed into the church sanctuary -- the only rooms to be used are the assigned warm up rooms & bathrooms.
• Only water is allowed in the warm up rooms -- no colored drinks or snacks.
• NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the church grounds.
• Leave the warmup room as you found it.  Pick up & discard all trash, return any furniture to original locations, etc.

Families can drop off dancers at the back door of the church and then the families can go to either the front or side door of the ICHC to enter the building and pay admission.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THREE VOLUNTEERS TO HELP MOLLY WITH THE TINY DANCERS, PRESCHOOL AND THE BEGINNER / ADV. BEGINNER CLASSES. LET MISS MOLLY KNOW IF YOU CAN ASSIST BACKSTAGE!

Admission:

Dancers and teachers will be let in for free.  All other parents & family members must pay for admission. Admission prices are $10/individual, $25/family, Kids under 12 are free. They will accept cards or cash for admission, food, drinks, 50/50 raffle -- the only thing that will require cash is the Scholarship auction tickets.

Costumes:

Please refer to our 'Standard Show' notes in our Look Book - we will not use wigs for this performance!
