About the event

Jigs and Swigs® - The Irish Dance Workout requires no prior dance experience to participate! The workout is designed to suit all levels and abilities. Think of it as Zumba with an Irish flair!

After the workout, all participants are invited hang out, pet some dogs and enjoy a post-class pint on us.
