Jigs & Swigs: The Irish Dance Workout® is an Irish dance-inspired cardio fitness class open to anybody and everybody (21+)! Take part in a fun workout + reward yourself after with a beverage!
- No dance experience required. J+S® is a fun and challenging workout for nondancers and dancers alike!
- Bring a water bottle!
- Wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes!
