About the event

Jigs & Swigs: The Irish Dance Workout® is an Irish dance-inspired cardio fitness class open to anybody and everybody (21+)!  Take part in a fun workout + reward yourself after with a craft beer! 

  • No dance experience required. J+S® is a fun and challenging workout for nondancers and dancers alike!
  • Bring a water bottle!
  • Wear clothes that are easy to move in and tennis shoes!

Celebrate halfway to St. Patrick's Day with a free J+S® beer coozie!!
