About the event

Jigs & Swigs™ is an Irish dance-inspired cardio fitness class open to anybody and everybody (21+)!  Take part in a fun workout + reward yourself after with a craft beer! 

  • No dance experience required. J+S™ is a fun and challenging workout for nondancers and dancers alike!
  • Bring a water bottle!
  • Wear clothes that are easy to move in and tennis shoes!
