Jigs & Swigs™ is in Irish dance inspired cardio fitness class open to anybody and everybody (21+)! Take part in a fun workout + reward yourself after with a craft beer!
J+S™ is a fun and challenging workout for non dancers and dancers alike!. No dance experience required
Bring a water bottle!
Wear clothes that are easy to move in and tennis shoes!
