Irish Fest Rehearsal + Pot Luck

We will be running an all studio Irish Fest rehearsal + pot luck on Sunday, August 11th at the Lake Bluff Elementary School's gym. Sign up to bring something to the pot luck HERE! This is a great way to meet other dance families and for friends / families to get a sneak peak of the show if they can't attend Irish Fest. 

Dancers are welcome to play on the playground and partake in activities when they aren't practicing! 

Here is our tentative schedule: 

1:00 PM - 1:15 PM: Check in and get situated

1:15 PM - 1:45 PM: Distribute tickets and discuss Irish Fest expectations (parents should be present if this is the first Irish Fest experience)

1:45 PM - 3:00PM: Run through numbers to make sure there aren't any issues or things to fix (when dancers aren't dancing, they are welcome to play on the playground w/ parental supervision or do other activities) - we will start with the Saturday classes, after we run their numbers they are free to leave or hang out! 

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Dress rehearsal (run the show with costumes and props)

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Review corrections and adjustments based on dress rehearsal
