I got this email from the parade:

You are lineup number 24. Kraus construction will be pulling the flatbed trailer for you with speaker hookup. Mark and Pete will be the guys pulling the trailer. They will be in line at lineup number 24 with their kraus construction truck. They will take you down the parade route and when completed with the route drop you off with the trailer at the city park. Once you are at the park you can use your tickets for something to drink and eat. Your performance will be on the band shelter which will be near where Mark and Pete drop you off. Your performance will be at 1:20/1:30 for 20 minutes. You will be performing shortly after the twin stunts motorcycle show that is happening in the alley. Al schreiber will be in contact with you on timing of this. Once you are completed with your performance you are free to go. Couple logistics. I am not sure how many vehicles you are bringing but it would help to drop a off some of your dancers car on Pain st and 6th st. This is right next to the park. And drive the remaining cars to 9th st. which will get you really close to parade lineup. If you dont want to mess around with this parking near Pain st and 7th street will be half way in between city park where you are performing and parade lineup. Mark will be in the lineup between 10-1030. The city gets pretty crazy starting around 10:30/10:45 so i would suggest being in town around 10.
