Hello dancers + families,

Thank you for all your hard work yesterday. We can’t wait to see you all shine on stage on Saturday.  Here are some final reminders:

Spring Showcase Timeline – Saturday, June 14 There will be no Advanced Beginner class at the studio Saturday. 

• 12:00 PM – Set-up crew arrives

• 12:30–1:30 PM – Wig assistance available from Amanda and Cara

• 1:30 PM – Advanced Beginner, Novice/Intermediate, Pre-Champ, Champ, and MIDC dancers arrive – dancers should wear black rehearsal gear and arrive with hair and makeup done. We will be walking through the full show prior to doors opening! 

• 2:15 PM – Tiny Dancers, Preschool, and Beginner Irish Dancers arrive

• 2:30 –2:55 PM – Final touches (makeup, wigs, etc.)

• 2:30 PM – Doors open

• 3:00 PM – Showtime

• After the show – Reception until 5:00 PM

• 5:00–6:00 PM – Clean-up crew

Costume and Hair Reminders

Tiny, Preschool, Beginner Dancers:

• Don’t forget white bows and poodle socks! 

• Hair should be half-up, half-down

• For the navy skirt: crown should be worn on the left, and the waistband should sit at the belly button

• Dancers should wear white or nude underwear under leotards

Advanced Beginner / Novice / Intermediate Dancers:

• Don’t forget white bows / wigs and poodle socks!

• Navy shorts must be worn under dresses

• If you still need to order poodle socks or bows, please do so by Thursday night

• If you need help with a wig, Amanda and Cara will be available between 12:30 and 1:00 PM

Pre-Champ / Champ Dancers:

• Don’t forget to bring your solo dresses!

• Wear white bows. 

Seating for Parents of Younger DancersWe will reserve the first row of seating for Tiny Dancer and Preschool Irish Dance parents.

• Tiny Dancers perform third in the show (“Happy Feet”)

• Preschool Irish Dance performs seventh (“You’re Never Too Liddle”)

Please collect your dancer from the side stage area immediately after their performance. They are welcome to sit with you and watch the rest of the show from the audience.

Please arrive on Saturday ready to go. If your dancer would like extra time to get ready, they are welcome to come early.

All dancers should arrive with hair and makeup done and in athletic clothes for the rehearsal. We will walk through the entire show before performance time.
